Taurus Season
Activities
Honor Taurus season by returning to the body: slowly, gently, without needing to change anything.
Create a small grounding space
Not a full reset. Just a corner.
A chair, a blanket, a cup of tea.
A place you can return to for a few minutes each day—no phone, no agenda.Let it be simple enough that you actually use it.
Practice slow tasting
Choose something simple (tea, chocolate, a meal) and slow it down.
Hold it before you consume it.
Notice the smell, the texture, the temperature.
Let the first sip or bite land. Not as a ritual to perfect…just a moment to feel.
Spend time in contact
With something real.
Sit on the floor instead of the couch.
Walk barefoot if you can.
Rest your back against a wall or a tree.Let your body feel supported.
Soften your pace
Choose one moment in your day to move more slowly than usual.
Getting out of bed.
Making tea.
Walking down the block.Notice what changes when you don’t rush.
Wear what feels good on your body
Not what looks right.
Soft fabrics.
Things that let you breathe.
Things that make you aware of your body in a way that feels supportive.Observe a simple evening pause
Before bed, dim the lights and sit for a few minutes.
No phone.
No stimulation.Just notice your breath, your body, and the transition out of the day.
Return to the senses
At any point in your day, pause and ask:
What can I feel right now?
What can I hear?
What can I smell?
Let that be enough.
